Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control such as carrier delays, customs, or high demand periods.

- Free Shipping on orders over $50

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
